LOIS A. WONG, Principal, is an experienced executive coach and business consultant who specializes in lifting revenues by helping clients to effectively close deals, manage key accounts, and remove operational obstacles that hinder company growth. HENRY H. WONG, Venture Partner at Garage Technology Ventures, and Founder and Managing Director of Diamond TechVentures, has been a prolific and successful serial entrepreneur, venture investor & Stanford Mentor in Silicon Valley. Henry applies his hands-on operational experience, investment talent, and his Asian expertise to advise, invest in, and build high technology companies with a global vision.  He was actively involved with companies including SMIC, LGC Wireless, & Infinera. As an entrepreneur, Henry has had several significant successful exits, including SS8 Networks Inc., where he was the founder, CEO and Chairman, as well as IP Communications, XaQti Semiconductor, CNet Technology Inc., and Combinet (ISDN Systems), all of which he co-founded and led. In 2002, Henry was a finalist for the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year Award.” He is an advisor to several non profit organizations and is active in the community.

SARA RAUCHWEGER is the Founder and Director of CCICE and Founder and Managing Director of BG Strategy; a leading global market entry services company, specializing in helping clients enter global markets including industry specific investment opportunities. Sara brings over 20 years of Business Development and Business Strategy Experience from both private enterprises and government contracts from various companies in the fields of Telecommuication, Aerospace, and Information Technology. She has been instrumental in building and sustaining cross boarder business opportunities by spearheading global expansion for private enterprises (SME’s) to corporate publicly listed companies. Sara was responsible for business capture strategies, worldwide expansion of business opportunities, and generating and managing contract bids of mulit-million dollar projects in companies such as Alcatel, Lockheed Martin, TRW and Varian.

SOODY TRONSON, the founder and the principal of Soody Tronson Law Group, has over 25 years of experience combining law, science, engineering, and business management in start-ups and established environments.   Soody instructs courses in IP and licensing at the University of California and Stanford University and is a mentor with several entrepreneurship-focused courses/programs at Stanford University.  During her tenure, Soody has worked with companies and government organizations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. She has been invited and has presented to international forums including presentation to APEC in China, as well as companies and organizations from Poland, Czech Republic, Australia, and New Zealand.
