LOIS A. WONG, Principal, is an experienced executive coach and business consultant who specializes in lifting revenues by helping clients to effectively close deals, manage key accounts, and remove operational obstacles that hinder company growth. Working with chief executives, innovative start-up founders, and highly technical engineers, she coaches those who have risen quickly within their businesses and now must focus on growing the business.

Meeting thousands of talented executives worldwide, Lois gained a rare view from the top during her tenure at Xerox PARC. While at Sanmina-SCI, Lois worked with a medical device team to successfully build revenues from $300K to just under a billion dollars over a 4 year period. Additionally, she was key in closing multi-million dollar deals with Intel Digital Health, Aurora Networks, Eli Lily, Varian Medical, Innovia, Inogen, and Health Hero. As a mentor for Women Unlimited, Lois advised young women leaders from Adobe, Intuit, Cisco, Genentech, Oracle, Sun, Microsoft, Yahoo, to navigate the political arena, overcome career challenges, and assert breakthrough change within their organization. Currently, Lois serves as a member for the C.C. International Consortium for Entrepreneurs, Angel Capital Network, an Associate Partner for the Board of CEO’s and as an advisor for Soody Tronson Law Group, P.C.

SARA RAUCHWEGER is the Founder and Director of CCICE and Founder and Managing Director of BG Strategy; a leading global market entry services company, specializing in helping clients enter global markets including industry specific investment opportunities. Sara brings over 20 years of Business Development and Business Strategy Experience from both private enterprises and government contracts from various companies in the fields of Telecommunication, Aerospace, and Information Technology. She has been instrumental in building and sustaining cross boarder business opportunities by spearheading global expansion for private enterprises (SME’s) to corporate publicly listed companies. Sara was responsible for business capture strategies, worldwide expansion of business opportunities, and generating and managing contract bids of mulit-million dollar projects in companies such as Alcatel, Lockheed Martin, TRW and Varian. Sara brings extensive expertise, working for small and medium companies, in strategic planning from the preparation of business plans, development of marketing plans, financial analysis, financing, valuation, communications for new ventures, extensive 10-year long range master plans and market research.

THOMAS G. HONG has over 30 years of executive management experience. He has facilitated meetings of CEO groups and has advised CEO’s in Silicon Valley during the past eight years. Served on Advisory Boards for Silicon Valley hi-tech startups. A serial entrepreneur, Thomas, has raised over $15 million, was the CEO and Principal Founder of 4 computer peripheral and networking product companies. Managed one company from inception to over $22 million revenue with $1M profit. Has sold 12 technology licenses. Prior to that, he held Director of Engineering positions with National Semi and Intersil.
